Duly Noted NY provides mobile notary services and referral services within New York State. Our role is to facilitate access to licensed Notaries Public for notarization needs.
Notary Fees & Travel Fees
Pursuant to New York State law, the maximum fee a Notary Public may charge for notarization is set by the state. This fee is separate from any travel or convenience fees that may be charged for mobile services. Travel fees are determined by Duly Noted NY and are agreed upon before the appointment.
No Sale of Client Information
We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information provided to us will not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. Your data is used solely for service fulfillment and compliance with applicable laws.
Payments & Refunds
Payment for services may be required upfront. Refunds are not provided for completed notarizations or consultations. If an appointment is canceled with sufficient notice, any refund or credit will be at our discretion.
Business Consultations & Intake Sessions
All business consultation services require an initial intake session to assess needs and determine the scope of service. Fees for consultations will be disclosed prior to scheduling.

  Pursuant to State Law and Policy, a notary cannot give you legal advice. If you have questions outside the scope of notarization you will be directed to consult with an attorney.
 All notarizations require a form of UNEXPIRED identification. All forms of Identification must be present during signing. No digital forms of identification will be accepted by law. Any notarization requests where you the client do not provide a sufficient form of ID, pleased be informed the appointment will be canceled and the travel and convenience fee forfeited. No Exceptions.
